The USA Pan Set of 2 Large nonstick Cookie Baking Sheet pans are a must have for batch cookie baking! Our Cookies Sheets (also known as a Flat Sheet Pan) have a helper handle that provides an easy grip when taking baked goods in or out of the oven. The tapered edge (the flat bit!) allows baked goods to slide from the pan to cooling rack with ease making for easy transfer of cookies, quiches, tarts, galettes or any more fragile baked good that is easier to slide off than lift over a rim. The fluted bottom or corrugation allows air circulation for even baking and easy release. Our cookie pans feature our proprietary (and beloved) silicone based nonstick coating that promotes super easy release and even easier clean up. The commercial quality aluminized steel offers a mix of steel for strength and durability and aluminum for superior heat conductivity. Our pans are oven safe to 450°F. Our pans are proudly made in the USA from globally sourced materials.
